With a proven background in sales engineering, business development, and team leadership across the Midwest and North America, Donnie brings unmatched expertise in steam, heat exchange, mechanical pumping, and bulk material handling.

Kay’s strong foundation in finance and accounting complements the company’s vision, bringing operational balance and strategic insight.
